Distance Learning 
The Early Childhood Education and Training Program through Rockefeller College, University of Albany reviews non-credit bearing distance learning courses following NYS Office of Children & Family Services criteria to ensure that they meet the New York State training requirements. Courses that have been reviewed are listed with their corresponding training organization and access information on their website. Approved courses may qualify for Educational Incentive Program (EIP) funding.

FREE On-line Training 
E-learning opportunities are available on the Professional Development Program Child Care Resource Center.  Funding for this site is sponsored by the NYS Office of Children & Family Services, funded by the federal Child Care and Development Fund and administered by the Professional Development Program, Rockefeller College, University at Albany. These trainings are available for all child care providers in New York State at no cost to participants.
