New York State Region III Infant & Toddler Resource Center
New York State has established an Infant and Toddler Technical Assistance Network providing support services to families and child care programs throughout the state. St. Lawrence Child Care Council is part of the NYS Office of Children & Family Services, Region III network.

• when you have questions about the behavior of a particular infant or toddler

• when they need support starting up their infant/toddler program
• if they are thinking of expanding their current program to include infants and toddlers
