New York State Region III Infant & Toddler Resource Center

New York State has established an Infant and Toddler Technical Assistance Network providing support services to families and child care programs throughout the state. St. Lawrence Child Care Council is part of the NYS Office of Children & Family Services, Region III network. Our region consists of fourteen counties, with three main sites in Onondaga, Broome and Oneida Counties.

How can the Resource Center help you?
as a resource when you have questions about your infants or toddlers
when you have questions about the behavior of a particular infant or toddler

How can the Resource Center help your provider?
when they need support starting up their infant/toddler program
if they are thinking of expanding their current program to include infants and toddlers
for training opportunities specific to infants and toddlers
when they need help finding information on the development or behavior of infants and toddlers
when they have questions about the behavior of a particular infant or toddler
as a resource for parents with questions about their infants or toddlers
